I’m starting a weigh loss journey. Simple and effective calorie counting, healthy diet and exercise. None of these fad diets you hear about… fad diets are fade diets… be serious. I’m not looking for an easy way out, just changing my life and getting healthy.

This is a very quick post, not very informative but you’ll get the real scoop next time I post.
